One doesn't become a victim of the system without an orchestra and conductor.

The Ex Spouse. aka Mother, Alienator, Conductor and other assorted sordid names and expressions that become obvious the more one reads about my case and cases like mine.

The Prosecutor, Lynne McGivern is the legal represenative acting on behalf of the custodial and alienating parent. Anything and everything the prosecutor does is implicitly authorized by the custodial parent. While not conducting, this is the first string singing the strident song of "Justice for the *Victimized*."

The First GAL: Sarah Harvey, She'll take your cash and send in the police.

The Second GAL: R. Malia Taum, Comes across as well intentioned but has so many cases ongoing that she can't be everywhere at once. I'm sure other Father's are suffering.

The Parenting Coordinators. The State of Hawaii does not allow scorpions, snakes, tigers, or bears to be PCs. They may allow people who have passed a bar examination but there is no statutory authority regulating the conduct of these individuals. Enter Stacy Fukuhara-Barclay and Annabel Murray of The Children’s Law Center, LLC.

Defense Attorney: J.E. Mayla Blakely. Will interrupt your conversation to take a call and you will overhear her telling another man to give his ex-wife more money and property. Leaves case files scattered across her desk, open for viewing. Sloppy and heavily biased towards women, right or wrong. Avoid this one.

Defense Attorney: Bob Badger. The first guy to pass on to me some conventional wisdom, "Going into Family Court is like cutting a birthday cake with a chain saw." Thanks Bob. But, the next time they put a child care provision in a TRO, be aware that it is a dirty and, perhaps, illegal tactic used to throw a father in jail.

Defense Attorney: Ellen Politano. Ellen does good work for good people. She really tried for me. She helped more than other lawyers could.

The Civil Court System. The District Court in Hawaii is a Civil Court System because they adhere to rules of law and the constitutional protections afforded to alleged perpetrators of crimes. The system differs from the Family Court System that does not have to abide by constitutional protections, the bill of rights, or the law.

Interlopers: Marsha. Interpreted an operatic "Hey" to be abuse of my children. Wow! What lines did my ex feed you?

Interlopers: Guy Yatsushiro. An enabler of greater means than I was. Guy gets to be my ex's new husband. More power to you, dude. Ok. He's an honest family man now; so I've heard. Protect my kids from her, will ya?

Interlopers: Walter Carlin. The children's mother's father. An absent, uncaring father who treats his wife to verbal insults on a daily basis. Testified against me and has access to my children where I have none.

Psychologists: Barbara Alethea. Above and beyond reproach, Dr. Alethea helped me for five months while I tried to re-establish visitation with my kids. She recommended increased visitation as early as February 2004 and was smacked down by the mother who pulled the children out of court ordered family therapy.

Psychologists: Paul Unkrur. An outstanding listener who will not touch the ridiculous court cases that I have made him aware of.

Psychologists: Jerry Brown. A Freudian. I didn't think these guys practiced actual therapy anymore.

Psychologists: Kevin Connors. A therapist, or a friend of and advocate for the indigent. Kevin's New York style is in your face and spot on. Still, he has bigger things to do than get involved in cases like mine where nearly every female has been offended by predispositions imposed by the ex.

Psychologists: William Tsushima. Friend of the divorce industry.

Psychologists: Amy McCullough. Friend of the divorce industry.

Psychologists: Russel Loo. Friend of the divorce industry.

The Honorable Judges. I am ashamed of the system of justice in our country that permits people to have power without responsibility. The Family Court in Hawaii is an abomination--operating in secret--that victimizes Fathers and empowers vicious women to initiate and carry through on divorce and child custody issues. The bounty for the women is a generation of child support and revenge, putting vast numbers of Fathers in bankruptcy, out on the street, without jobs and in jail. Judges make children fatherless and enrich their friends. The rape of the American family and democracy itself starts in our Family Courts.
